(K) There is no way to estimate the number of months it will take to completely resolve your debts when you the user are going at your own pace.

(L) While settlement guidelines differ widely among credtitors, in our experience an accumulation of 25% of the then current balance of the debt will normally enable you to make a good faith offer to settle that debt. Further, in our experience, it typically takes approximately 120-180 days before reaching the stage at which we can begin reaching out to creditors or collectors and achieve your first settlement. If you have multiple debts, we typically will make a settlement offer to the next creditor within 3 - 6 months of the prior debt being settled. and after you have saved at least 25% of the debt due to that next Creditor. This is just an estimate based on past results, and is not intended, nor is it possible, to apply to every case. Individual circumstances will necessary cause some variation as to when this can occur.
